Is happy to announce (November outdoor yoga) begins with a 45 minutes vinyasa yoga flow and 30 minutes Meditation (Yognidra), a soothing and healing session.
Grab the opportunity to find the balance in both the energetic and healing workshop that will heighten your senses, provide you space to re-connect with yourself in a deep embrace of curiosity and compassion, and leave you feeling profoundly revitalized.
Outdoor yoga schedule:
– At 4:15 pm all yogis should be available at the main entrance of al Mamzar Beach Park, with their own towels.
– At 5:00 pm vinyasa yoga
– At 6:00 pm meditation
– At 6:45 pm games
Please bring your payment receipt (AED 50 to be paid in advance at the center before the mentioned date)
