HOW TO DO UTTANPADASANA

a) Lie flat on your back and breathe normally.
b) Place your hand on either side or underneath your hip palms facing
down.
c) Inhale slowly and lift your legs at 45 degrees from the ground.
d) Hold this posture as long as you can
e) While exhaling bring your legs down.
