PAWANMUKTASANA OR WIND RELEASING

POSE – HOW TO DO PAWANMUKTASANA-

a) Lie flat on your back and breathe normally.
b) Place your hand on either side or underneath your hips palms facing
down.
c) As you exhale, bring your knees towards your chest and press your
thighs toward the abdomen, Hold your hands around your legs like you
are hugging your knees.
d) Hold this posture while you breathe normally. Every time you exhale,
make sure you tighten the grip of the hands on the knee and increase the
pressure on your abdomen.
e) Exhale and release the pose
